Your Tasks
Trade Finance
- Manage and further develop domestic and international trade finance instruments
- Independently administer and monitor letters of credit (import/export), guarantees, sureties, documentary collections, and supply chain finance solutions
- Provide expert advice to business units, customers, and suppliers on all trade finance-related matters
- Review and prepare trade-related documentation for international business transactions
- Identify and implement process improvements within trade finance activities
Treasury
Following appropriate training and as part of a backup/support function, take responsibility for selected treasury activities, including:
- Daily cash management
- Execution and administration of factoring and forfaiting transactions
- Foreign exchange and interest rate management
- Support the implementation of treasury policies and compliance requirements
Reporting & Projects
- Contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of trade finance and treasury processes
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, Controlling, Sales, and international subsidiaries
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable commercial qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of Trade Finance
- Solid knowledge of international trade finance instruments and related processes
- Strong interest in payment transactions, cash management, and liquidity management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
- A proactive mindset and a strong interest in process improvement, digitalization, technological innovation, and the use of modern AI-powered solutions
