For our subsidiary Jebsen & Jessen Life Science GmbH we are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Home & Personal Care for the earliest possible start date.
Your Tasks
- establishment of Jebsen & Jessen Life Science in the personal care industry
- execution of market analyses and competitive intelligence
- development of marketing strategies and product variants in cooperation with customers and manufacturers
- establishment and expansion of the product portfolio as well as the existing customer portfolio
- establishment/expansion of international supplier relationships and principals using our existing sourcing setups
- national and european trade of the customer specific product range
- budget and sales planning as well as pricing
- business trips and participation in trade fairs
Your Profile
- at least. 5 years of experience in trading raw materials for the cosmetics/household and personal care industry
- existing network (customer and/or supplier side)
- existing customer base (preferably end customers) - small customer base is available
- high sales affinity and communication skills
- structured, efficient and independent way of working and acting
- team player mentality, social competence, high flexibility and self-motivation
- business fluent in German or English, further language skills would be an advantage
- confident handling of the MS-Office package and merchandise management systems; SAP knowledge would be an advantage
- apprenticeship or studies in foreign trade, if necessary with corresponding further qualification
