Your Tasks
- Etablierung von Jebsen & Jessen Life Science in der Personal Care Industrie
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
- Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien und Produktvarianten in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Herstellern
- Auf- und Ausbau des Produktportfolios sowie des bestehenden Kundenportfolios
- Auf-/Ausbau internationaler Lieferantenbeziehungen und Prinzipalen unter Nutzung unseres bestehenden Sourcing Setups
- nationaler und europaweiter Handel der kundenspezifischen Produktpalette
- Budget- und Absatzplanung sowie Preisgestaltung
- Dienstreisen und Teilnahme an Messen
Your Profile
- mindestens. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Handel mit Rohstoffen für die Kosmetik-/Haushalts- und Körperpflegeindustrie
- bestehendes Netzwerk (Kunden und/oder Lieferantenseitig)
- bestehender Kundenstamm (vorzugsweise Endkunden) - Kleinkundenbasis ist vorhanden
- hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- strukturierte, effiziente und selbständige Arbeits- und Handlungsweise
- Teamplayer-Mentalität, soziale Kompetenz, hohe Flexibilität und Eigenmotivation
- verhandlungssicheres Deutsch oder Englisch, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
- sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und Warenwirtschaftssystemen; SAP-Kenntnisse wären von Vorteil
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Außenhandel, ggf. mit entsprechender Weiterqualifizierung
