Unser LATAM-Team sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Senior Sales Manager (m/w/d).
Your Tasks
- nationaler und internationaler Handel des kundenspezifischen Produktspektrums im Bereich Feed- und Food-Additive / Industrial Chemicals
- eigenständiger Aufbau neuer Geschäftsmodelle
- intensiver Auf- und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen in der Vertriebsregion
- Auf-/Ausbau internationaler Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen mit daraus resultierender Strategieplanung
- Entwicklung von Vermarktungsstrategien und Produktvariationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Herstellern
- Budget-/Absatzplanung sowie eigenständige Preisgestaltung
Your Profile
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann im Außenhandel, ggf. Weiterqualifizierung zum Außenhandelsfachwirt / BiA und/oder Studium
- mehrjährige Praxis als Händler, bevorzugt im Bereich der Lebensmittel- oder Futtermittelzusatzstoffe / Industriechemikalien
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch-, Englisch- sowie Spanischkenntnisse, Portugiesisch-Kenntnisse wären ein Plus
- hohe Reisebereitschaft
- hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- strukturierte, effiziente und selbständige Arbeits- und Handlungsweise
- Teamplayer-Mentalität, Sozialkompetenz, hohe Flexibilität und Eigenmotivation
- Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket sowie Warenwirtschaftssystemen; SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
