Today, our expertise lies in chemicals, textiles, Australian garnet, steel, transportation / e-mobility and export financing. As part of a global group of companies, we operate independently from Hamburg through our German-based companies, with direct business connections to customers and suppliers in more than 80 countries.
We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager Biologicals (m/f/d). In this role you have the opportunity to develop and bring foward the process of a new business within Jebagro.
Your Tasks
- development of a new business field "Biologicals" in Europe within the Jebagro business
- promotion & sales of biological plant protection products / bio stimulants / bio fertilzers
- conduction of market research in order to identify target markets, potential customers, industry trends and competitive landscape
- development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies
- providing input on product pricing, packaging and positioning
- monitoring of sales performance, analysis of data and adjustment of strategies where needed
- collaboration with the sales & marketing team to create promotional materials, online content and advertising campaigns
- collaboration with the research and development team of our suppliers to stay updated on product improvements and innovations
- informing customers about product features, benefits and advantages by concepting and giving training sessions to clients, distributors and sales teams, proof of concept field trials
- participation in industry events, trade fairs and conferences to promote products and build relationships
Your Profile
- passion for sustainable farming practices
- deep understanding of the agricultural industry
- proven experience of2-3 years in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector with a focus on Biologicals
- fluent knowledge of Business English, further languages welcome
- degree in agriculture or a related field
