Für unser Tochterunternehmen die Juritex Import-Export GmbH suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Sales Officer (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25-30 Stunden).
Your Tasks
- Sie bearbeiten und kontrollieren Kundenaufträge nach entsprechendem Auftragsabschluss.
- Sie verpacken und versenden Waren an Kunden und Werbeagenturen.
- Im täglichen Follow-up arbeiten Sie mit verschiedenen Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
- Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Auftragslisten.
- Sie erfassen Daten zu Verpackungsgebühren und -entsorgung.
- Reklamationen werden im direkten Austausch mit dem Kunden bearbeitet.
- Sie kommunizieren mit dem Kunden und unseren Büros in Asien.
Your Profile
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ähnliche Qualifikation
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- gute/ sichere IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- kundenorientierte, zuverlässige, engagierte Arbeitsweise
