Zur Verstärkung unseres Treasury-Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Trade Finance & Treasury, der unsere globalen Finanzierungs- und Zahlungsprozesse aktiv mitgestaltet.
Your Tasks
Trade Finance
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung nationaler und internationaler Trade-Finance-Instrumente
- Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung und Überwachung von Akkreditiven (Import/Export), Garantien, Bürgschaften, Dokumenteninkassi sowie Supply-Chain-Finance-Lösungen
- Beratung von Handelsabteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten in allen Trade-Finance-relevanten Fragestellungen
- Prüfung und Erstellung handelsbezogener Dokumentationen im internationalen Geschäft
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Handelsfinanzierungsprozessen
Treasury
Übernahme ausgewählter Treasury-Aufgaben im Vertretungsfall und nach entsprechender Einarbeitung, z.B.:
- Tägliches Cash Management
- Abwicklung von Factoring und Forfaitierungen
- Fremdwährungs- und Zinsmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von Treasury-Richtlinien und Compliance-Anforderungen
Reporting & Projekte
- Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Trade Finance- und Treasury-Prozessen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting, Controlling, Vertrieb und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Trade Finance
- Fundierte Kenntnisse internationaler Handelsfinanzierungen und deren Instrumente
- Interesse an Zahlungsverkehrs-, Cash-Management- und Liquiditätsprozessen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel sowie ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen sowie Offenheit gegenüber Digitalisierung, technologischen Innovationen und dem Einsatz moderner KI-gestützter Lösungen
